With an experience across small to large-scale projects worldwide, Bhushan has successfully implemented BIM strategies that enhance design integration, collaboration, and project delivery. A distinguished speaker at international BIM and AECO conferences, he works with global architects, engineers, and contractors, driving innovation and efficiency through advanced BIM methodologies. Having worked for renowned U.S. based architectural firms and previously serving as a BIM Manager, Nehal brings a strategic and technology-driven approach to design and execution. His portfolio includes Adult and Pediatric Medical Day Cares, Urgent Care Centres, Medical Office Buildings, Hotel Conversions, New Hotels, Restaurants, Retail Spaces, and Religious Facilities.
